1. Overview

Smart Library operates as a subscription-based digital library SaaS platform. Payments once made for active subscriptions are generally non-refundable except under specific valid conditions stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated
  • Incorrect billing charged on user's account
  • Bank or payment gateway failure

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:

  • User is not satisfied after using the product
  • Incorrect plan selection by user
  • Service discontinued due to policy violations
  • Subscription already used for student access or book management
  • End of plan validity with no renewal

4. Trial Plans & Refunds

Trial plans (like 7-Day Trial) or low-cost test plans are non-refundable as they allow users to evaluate the system before purchasing long-term subscriptions.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.

6. How to Request a Refund?

To submit a refund request, users must share:

  • Registered Email
  • Payment Transaction ID
  • Paid Amount
  • Payment Date
  • Reason for Refund Request
